针刺配合康复治疗对脑卒中早期病人功能恢复的影响

目的探讨针刺配合康复治疗对脑卒中早期病人的运动功能、日常生活活动能力（ADL）及并发症的影响.方法 62例急性脑卒中病人,随机分为针刺康复组（33例）和单纯针刺组（29例）.针刺康复组在针刺治疗的基础上加Bobath疗法及运动再学习疗法;单纯针刺组采用传统针刺法治疗.2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效.结果治疗后针刺康复组FMA、MBI评分均高于单纯针刺组（P〈0.05）,而CNS评分低于单纯针刺组（P＜0.05）.两组并发症治疗后结果接近.结论针刺与早期康复能改善脑卒中偏瘫病人的运动功能和ADL能力.

Acupuncture with Rehabilitation Therapy for Function Resume of Patient with Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of early acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy for patients (pts) with stroke.Methods Sixty-two pts with acute stroke were divided into two groups randomly: Acupuncture with rehabilitation group(33 pts) and acupuncture group (29 pts).Acupuncture was carried out in acupuncture group, Bobath therapy, exercise and relearning program were added for pts in acupuncture with rehabilitation group.Results The score of exercise function and daily living ability in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group were better than that in simple acupuncture group(P<0.05). But there was no significant differente for the improvement of complication between the two groups.Conclusion Early acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy might improve exercise function and daily living ability scores in pts after stroke and it was better than that by simple acupuncture.
