p53、ras、c－erbB－2癌基因产物在大肠癌和大肠息肉中的表达

用ｐ５３、ｐ２１、ｐ１８５，通过免疫金银染色方法，对７８例大肠癌、１４例大肠息肉进行了检测。结果显示：大肠癌ｐ５３、ｐ２１、ｐ１８５的阳性率分别为５３．９％、４６．２％、５１．３％；大肠息肉仅有１４．３％｛２／１４）显示ｐ１８５弱阳性。二者之间有显著性差异。大肠癌旁正常粘膜上皮阳性卒ｐ５３为０、ｐ２１２．６％、ｐ１８５５．１％，与其肿瘤区比较Ｐ＜０．０１；７８例大肠癌中，有３３例（４２．３％）ｐ５３与ｐ２１同为阳性，ｐ５３在大肠低分化及粘液腺癌中的阳性表达明显高于高、中分化腺癌（ｐ＜０．０１）。

Expression and significance of oncoprotein p53,rasp21 and p185 in carcinomas and polyps of the large intcstine

eventy eight cases of carcinoma and 14 cases of poly of large intestine were examined to observe the expression of p53,rasp21 and p 185 oncoproteins with immunogold silver staining method.The positive expressions for p53,rasp21 and p185 wcre 53.9%, 46.2% and 51.3% respectively.But only poorly posi-tive expression was found in large intestine polyps for p 185 staining.The difference between the carcinomas and polyps for p185 staining was significant(P<0.01).The noimal mucoepithelium near the cancer region expressed positive staining for p53, rasp21 and p185 were 0%,2.6% and 5.1 % respectively These results were also significantly different when compared to cancer tissue (P<0.01).In addition,of these 78 cases, 33 cases(42.3%) gave coordinately positive expression for p53 and rasp21 oncoprotein;p53 positive expression was obviously stronger in poorIy differentiated carcinoma and mucoadenocareinoma than in highly and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma(P<0.01)
