脑卒中偏瘫的早期康复护理和高压氧治疗

目的 :探讨早期康复护理和高压氧治疗对脑卒中患者瘫痪肢体功能恢复的影响。方法 :42 9例脑卒中偏瘫患者按入院时间分为A组 2 11例和B组 2 18例 ,A组接受早期康复护理和高压氧治疗 ,B组接受常规治疗护理 ,分别在入院时和入院第 2 8天测定 2组患者上、下肢体肌力 ,评价日常生活能力及肢体运动功能。结果 :入院时2组患者瘫痪肢体的肌力、日常生活能力及肢体运动功能比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,入院第 2 8天 2组患者各项指标均有一定程度的改善 ,与B组比较 ,A组改善程度更显著 (P值分别小于 0 .0 1、0 .0 1、0 .0 0 5、0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :早期康复护理和高压氧治疗能减轻脑卒中患者因缺血缺氧对脑组织的进一步损伤 ,充分调动患者对治疗的主观能动性 ,促进瘫痪功能和患者身心的全面康复 ,提高生存质量。

Early Rehabilitation Nursing and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective:To explore the effects of early rehabilitaiton nursing and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the paralytic extremity function recovery. Methods:429 cases of cerebrovascular accident-induced hemiplegia were divided into group A (n=211) subject to early rehabilitation nursing plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy and group B (n=218) receiving routine treatment and nursing. The myodynamia of upper and lower extremities, daily living ability and extremity motor function at admission and on the 28th day after admission were measured in the two groups. Results:At admission, no significant difference in the paralytic extremity myodynamia, daily living ability and extremity motor function was found between the two groups (P>0.05). On the 28th day after admission, the above indexes were improved to some extent in the two groups, but the improvement of group A was more significant than that of group B (P<0.01, 0.01, 0.005, 0.005, respectively). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing and hyperbaric oxygen therapy can alleviate the further injury of cerebral tissue due to ischemia-hypoxia in the patients with cerebrovascular accident, promote the rehabilitation of paralytic extremity function and patients' body and mind, and improve living quality.
