人工肝支持系统治疗重型病毒性肝炎的疗效评估

目的　探讨人工肝支持系统 (ALSS)对重型肝炎的疗效。方法　应用人工肝支持系统 (WLXGX -888)对 16例重型病毒性肝炎进行了 3 5例次的治疗。比较治疗前后临床表现和血浆总胆红素 (TBIL)、血氨 (NH3 )、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平、凝血酶原活动度 (PTA)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT )、白蛋白 (ALB)。选择同期住院病情相近的病例15例为对照组。结果　治疗后症状明显改善 ,血总胆红素 (TBIL)、血氨 (NH3 )、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平明显下降 ,凝血酶原活动度 (PTA)明显上升。治疗组有效率为 68.8% ,对照组有效率为 3 3 .3 % (P <0 .0 5 )。人工肝支持系统治疗的不良反应在处理后均能好转。结论　人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎能有效改善临床症状、显著改善生化指标 ,降低TNF -α水平 ,提高近期存活率 ,是一种安全可行的治疗方法

A clinical assessment of artificial liver supporting systems on patients with fatal hepatitis

Objective To probe the effects of artificial liver supporting systems (ALSS)in treating fatal hepatitis. Methods ALSS(WLXGX-888)was used to concluct 35 times treatment on 16 caseswith fatal viral hepatitis. To compare the clinical manifestation and blood levels of TBIL, NH 3, TNF-α, PTA, ALT, ALB before and after the treatment. The control group consisted of 15 cases of similar patients who were admitted to the hospital during the same period of time. Results After treatment, the symptoms were improved significantly, The blood levels of TBIL, NH 3, TNF-α decreased markedly, and the levelof PTA increased. Effective rate was 68.8% in the treatment group, but 33% in the control group. After available treatment, the untoward effect taked a favorable recovery. Conclusion Artificial liver supporting systems in the treatment of fatal hepatitis can improve the clinical symptoms and the biochemical indicators remarkably, reduce TNF-α level and increase the short-term survival rate. ALSS is indeed an effective and safe mean to the treat fatal hepatitis.
