| 摘 要： | 本文用胸腺因子作用于小鼠,以酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色,标记小鼠末梢血液 ANAE 阳性 T 淋巴细胞,测定胸腺因子对血液淋巴细胞的影响。结果表明:胸腺因子有明显提高小鼠血液 ANAE~ T 淋巴细胞总数的作用,其中颗粒型与分散型阳性 T 细胞均有不同程度的增加现象。根据结果,本文讨论了胸腺因子对淋巴细胞的免疫促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper reported that the mice were affected by thymic factor and co- loured with a-napthyl acetate esterase to mark ANAE-positive T-lym- phocytes of mouse's blood and measure the effect of thymic factor on lym- phoctes of blood.The results showed that thymic factor had significant ef- fect on increasing the total number of ANAE-positive lymphocytes in the mice's blood among them the granulous pattern and diffuse granulous pat- tern positive lymphocytes more or less increased.According to the results, this article discussed the immune activation of lymphocytes affected by thymic factor. |
