摘    要:目的 :探讨大蒜多糖对实验性小鼠病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。方法 :采用BALB C小鼠腹腔注射柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)建立实验性小鼠病毒性心肌炎模型。小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、大蒜多糖组、黄芪组。注射病毒 1h后给药 ,连续 7d ,于第 8d处死存活鼠取材。观察小鼠存活率及心肌病理变化 ,测定血清心肌酶、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力、心肌组织中病毒滴度及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达。结果 :大蒜多糖治疗组与模型组相比小鼠存活率明显增高 ,心肌组织病理损伤减轻 ,血清心肌酶、MDA、NO含量显著降低 ,GSH Px活力升高 ,心肌组织中病毒滴度及iNOS表达降低。结论 :大蒜多糖对实验性小鼠病毒性心肌炎具有治疗作用

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Garlic Polysaccharide on experimental mice viral myocarditismodel caused by coxsackievirus B 3(CVB 3). Methods: Viral myocarditis model was created by intraperitoneal inoculation with coxsackievirus B 3 solution and mice were randomly devided into four groups: the normal control group,the model control group,the Garlic Polysaccharide group(GP group) and the Astragalus membranaceus group(AM group).The mice of GP group and AM group were treated by Garlic Polysaccharide and Astragalus membranaceus respectively 1 h after CVB 3 infection.Blood and heart samples were obtained on the 8th day after CVB 3 infection. The survival rate and the myocardial histopathologic changes were observed. The serum cardiac enzyme,the content of MDA,the serum NO level, the GSH Px activity,the virus title of heart and the expression of iNOS were also measured. Results: The survival rate,the GSH Px activity of GP group were higher than those of the model control group.The myocardial damage, the serum cardiac enzyme,the content of MDA,the serum NO level,the virus title of heart and the expression of iNOS of GP group reduced more significantly than those of the model control group. Conclusion: Garlic Polysaccharide may have the therapeutic effect on experimental mice viral myocarditis model caused by CVB 3.
