丙泊酚复合曲马多在高血压患者胃镜检查中的应用

目的研究丙泊酚复合曲马多在高血压患者胃镜检查中的应用。方法将120例接受胃镜检查的高血压患者随机分为两组：一组60例为丙泊酚复合曲马多静脉麻醉下电子胃镜检查,另一组60例为常规电子胃镜检查。检查中密切监测患者的心率（HR）、动脉收缩压（SBP）、动脉舒张压（DBP）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）等指标,用统计学方法分析。结果麻醉镇静组患者检查前后SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2均有变化。用药后SpO2下降,P＆lt;0.05,有统计学意义;SBP、DBP下降,P＆lt;0.01,有统计学意义;HR下降,P＆lt;0.05,有统计学意义,说明联合用药有效。常规检查组检查前后比较发现,检查后SpO2下降,均数差别无统计学意义;SBP、DBP升高,P＆lt;0.01,有统计学意义;HR加快,P＆lt;0.05,有统计学意义。结论丙泊酚复合曲马多应用于高血压患者的胃镜检查是安全有效的,可以减少并发症的发生。

Propofol and tramadol in gastroscope detection in patients with hypertension

Objective To discuss the significance of combination of propofol and tramadol in gastroscope detection in patients with hypertension. Methods 120 cases with hypertension undergoing gastroscope detection were randomly divided into 2 groups ： 60 cases were injected with propofol and tramadol （ test group） and the other 60 cases were not （control group）. The patients were monitored HR,SBP,DBP, SpO2 and other indications closely and we recorded these indications when they undergoing gastroscope detection and the data were analysised by statis- tical methods. Results The change of indications by contrast with the data before detection and after detection in test group. In this group, SpO2, HR decreased （P 〈 0.05）, and SBP, DBP obviously decreased （P 〈 O. O1 ）. In control, SpO2 decreased, but there is no statistical significance in the mean of SpO2 , and SBP, DBP obviously in- creased （P 〈 0.01 ）, HR increased （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of propofol and tramadol may bene- fit to gastroscope detection in patients with hypertension and keep the detection smooth and safe, and can decrease complication during the gastroscope detection.
