| 摘 要： | 目的分析长期留置导尿患者更换导尿管后出现溢尿的原因,制订有效的预防措施。方法对21例更换导尿管后出现溢尿的患者,实施相应的护理措施。结果通过采取有效的护理措施,减少了更换导尿管后溢尿的发生率。结论加强护士基本功训练及严格执行灭菌技术操作,根据患者个体差异选择导尿管型号及留置导尿管时间,可以减少溢尿的发生率。
