| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上消化道出血患者的患病因素、临床表现特点和治疗方法。方法对2006年7月—2010年7月在我院住院86例患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果上消化道出血与消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜病变、食管胃底静脉曲张及胃癌等的基础病因密切相关。此外,尚有少数胆管、胰腺疾病及全身性疾病亦可引起上消化道出血。86例上消化道大出血临床均表现为呕血与黑便、失血性周围循环衰竭症状、发热、氮质血症,11例死亡。联合应用胃十二指肠镜、X线钡餐检查,血常规、便常规、肝功能,选择性动脉造影等检查有助于诊断。结论上消化道大出血近年发病率呈增加趋势,且上消化道大出血病情急,变化快,严重者可危及生命,应争分夺秒,积极抢救。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding factors,clinical characteristics and treatment.Methods 86 patients were analyzed retrospectively from July,2006 to July 2010 in our hospital.Results Upper gastrointestinal bleeding and peptic ulcer,acute gastric mucosal lesion,esophageal and gastric varices were closely related to the underlying cause.In addition,there are a few of bile ducts,pancreatic disease and systemic diseases could also cause upper gastrointestinal bleeding.86... |
