| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排螺旋CT肠系膜动、静脉成像的临床应用价值。方法对临床诊断肠缺血患者及胰腺癌患者共25例行64排螺旋CT肠系膜血管成像检查,并对扫描结果进行综合分析。结果 25例扫描所得图像均获成功,肠系膜动脉狭窄14例,肠系膜静脉缺血6例,正常5例。结论 64排螺旋CT血管造影（CTA）检查是一种显示肠系膜血管病变准确、有效、无创的检查方法;根据CT影像表现并密切结合临床,对肠缺血疾病可以作出确定及病因诊断;对胰腺癌患者临床治疗方案的制定有重要的指导作用。
