| 摘 要： | 目的观察辛夷鼻炎丸在慢性肥厚性鼻炎低温等离子射频消融术后应用的疗效。方法将110例慢性肥厚性鼻炎并接受鼻内镜下等离子射频消融术的患者分为试验组和对照组各55例,术后均在应用抗生素＋鼻类固醇激素治疗的基础上,试验组口服辛夷鼻炎丸,对照组口服维生素类药物,术后随访1个月。分别于术前及术后2周、1个月应用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价鼻塞的主观感觉,并观察术后鼻腔黏膜肿胀情况。结果试验组患者和对照组患者术前鼻塞VAS评分为（7.36±0.99）分和（7.35±0.75）分,术后2周VAS评分为（4.25±1.04）分和（5.18±1.32）分,术后1个月VAS评分为（2.51±1.25）分和（3.16±1.32）分。术后2周及1个月组间疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论辛夷鼻炎丸是慢性肥厚性鼻炎低温等离子射频消融术后较好的辅助用药。
