消毒供应中心集中化管理效果分析

目的探讨消毒供应中心集中化管理的效果。方法通过对消毒供应中心集中化管理前、后回顾性总结与分析及问卷调查,分析消毒供应中心集中化管理的效果。结果消毒供应中心集中化管理后治疗包和消毒包、手术器械包、各种管道类物品、外来医疗器械、外院消毒包、总收入均多于管理前,且满意度高于管理前。结论消毒供应中心集中化管理,可以保证物品的消毒灭菌质量,有效保障医疗护理工作质量,降低医院感染发生率,而且可以使医院人力、设备等达到资源共享,从而减少投入,减少资源的浪费。

Effect analysis of centralized management in central sterile supply department

Objective To explore the efficacy of centralized management in central sterile supply department.Methods The effect of centralized management in central sterile supply department was analyzed through retrospective analysis and questionnaire survey.Results After centralized management were executed in central sterile supply department,the surgical isolators,operating instrument kits,kinds of pipe appliances,foreign medical devices,disinfection packages of other hospital and total income were respectively more than those before centralized management were executed,and the degree of satisfaction were higher.Conclusion Executing centralized management in central sterile supply department can ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization of goods,protect the quality of medical care effectively,and reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection.It also can share resource of human and equipment and reduce the input and wastage of resource.
