| 摘 要： | 目的观察健胃治萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的临床疗效。方法入选患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予健胃治萎汤,对照组单纯服用胃复春片。观察2组有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为93.54%高于对照组的60.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论健胃治萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianweizhiwei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Methods All cases chosen were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Jianweizhiwei decoction,while the control group was given Weifuchun tablet.The effective rate of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.54% higher than 60.71% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating CAG with Jianweizhiwei decoction has good efficacy,which is worth clinical popularizing and application. |
