妊娠高血压综合征对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择PIH孕妇118例为妊高征组,另选择同期正常无PIH孕产妇160例为对照组。定期对2组孕妇进行产前检查直至分娩,收集其临床资料进行分析,比较2组孕妇剖宫产率及胎盘早剥发生率,并比较2组早产、足月小样儿、新生儿窒息的发生情况及围生儿死亡情况。结果妊高征组剖宫产率、胎盘早剥发生率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,妊高征组早产、足月小样儿、新生儿窒息的发生率及围生儿病死率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 PIH是影响妊娠结局的主要原因之一,应加强产前保健检查,早发现、早治疗,可预防和减少重度PIH的发生,有效降低孕产妇和围生儿病死率。

The influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome on pregnancy outcome

Objective To investigate the influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome（PIH） on pregnancy outcome. Methods 118 cases pregnant women with PIH were as PIH group,and the other options in the normal 160 cases pregnant women without PIH were as control group. Regular did prenatal care for pregnant women of two groups until delivery, collected and analyzed the clinical data, compared cesarean section rate and the incidence of placental abruption of two groups, and compared the incidence of premature birth, small tbr date infant, asphyxia neonatorum and perineal infant mortality. Results The cesarean section rate and the incidence of placental abruption of PIH group were higher than those of control group（P 〈 0.05 ） , the incidence of premature birth, small for date infant, asphyxia neonatorum and perineal infant mortality of PIH group were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PIH is one of the main outcomes of pregnancy, prenatal care should be strengthened inspection;Early detection,early treatment can prevent and reduce the incidence of severe PIH, effec tively reduce mortality of pregnant women and perineal infant.
