盆瘀汤内服加灌肠治疗盆腔瘀血综合征57例疗效观察

目的观察中药内服加灌肠治疗盆腔瘀血综合征(PCS)的临床疗效。方法 113例患者随机分为治疗组57例和对照组56例。治疗组给予盆瘀汤和保留灌肠,对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊。2个月经周期为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组1个疗程后有效37例,2个疗程后有效13例,3个疗程后有效4例;对照组1个疗程后有效12例,2个疗程后有效18例,3个疗程后有效12例。结论中药内服加灌肠治疗PCS疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of oral administration of Penyu decoction and herbal coloclysis in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome

Objective To investigate oral administration of Chinese Herbs and herbal coloclysis in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome（PCS）.Methods 113 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 57 and control group of 56.The treatment group was given Penyu decoction and coloclysis,while the control group was given Guizhi Fuling capsule.Took 2 menstrual cycles as a treatment course.The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7% higher than 75.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.In the treatment group,37 cases were effective after 1 course,13 cases after 2 courses,and 3 cases after 3 courses;the number in the control group respectively were 12,18 and 12.Conclusion Treating PCS with Chinese Herbs combined with herbal coloclysis has good efficacy,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
