低分子肝素与普通肝素临床应用对比研究

目的比较低分子肝素与普通肝素临床应用的疗效及安全性。方法将57例有使用肝素抗凝治疗指征的患者随机分为两组，A组使用低分子肝素（LMWH）抗凝治疗，B组使用普通肝素（UFH）抗凝治疗，观察两组的疗效、有无出血、活化部分凝血活酶时间、血小板数量变化及采血复查次数等。结果两组疗效差异无统计学意义，A组采血复查次数较少，无不良反应发生；B组采血复查次数较多，有2例发生鼻出血。结论LMWH与UFH抗凝疗效相当，但前者不良反应较少，使用较方便、安全。

Research on clinical application of low molecular weight heparin

Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） and unfractionated heparin （UFH）. Methods 57 patients who received anticoagulant therapy were randomly divided into group A （administered with LMWH） and group B （administered with UFH）. The activated partial thrombo- plastin time （APTT）, platelet count were tested; the curative effect and safety （bleeding status and rechecking frequency） were observed and compared. Results There was no difference in curative effect between the two groups. The rechecking time of blood sample of group A was less than that of group B. No side effect was observed in group A, but 2 cases of nasal bleeding were observed in group B. Conclusion LMWH and UFH have the same anticoagulation effect. The adverse effects of LMWH are less than those of UFH. LMWH is safer and more convenient in use.
