| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用羊水细胞培养对孕16w~22w孕妇进行产前诊断的必要性及安全性,防止染色体病患儿出生。方法对我院优生遗传咨询门诊有产前诊断指征的孕妇采用羊水细胞培养G显带技术进行羊水细胞培养染色体核型分析。结果发现染色体异常16例(11.27%,12/142)无一例孕妇出现羊水穿刺并发症。结论羊膜腔穿刺进行羊水培养染色体检查是安全、可靠的染色体异常的产前诊断方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the necessity and security of prenatal diagnosis with amniotic cell culture at 16 to 22 week gestation and to prevent the birth of chromosomal abnormal fetuses.Methods:G banding technique was used on cultured amniotic cells.Result:16 of 142 Gases was found chromosomal abnormal(11.27%,16/142),all the cases had no complications of amniocentesis.Conclusion: Amniotic cell culture is safe and reliable for prenatal diagnosis. |
