盐酸曲美他嗪对围绝经期女性左室舒张功能不全的影响

目的 观察盐酸曲美他嗪治疗围绝经期女性左室舒张功能不全的疗效.方法 围绝经期女性左室舒张功能不全患者100例,随机分为对照组（50例）予以倍他乐克治疗,曲美他嗪组（50例）予以倍他乐克联合曲美他嗪治疗.观察治疗前后心率、血压、临床症状,两组患者治疗前后分别用超声心动图检测左心室舒张功能的指标.结果 治疗后两组临床症状均有改善,但曲美他嗪组明显优于对照组,曲美他嗪组显效率36%,总有效率96%（P＜0.01）;治疗后两组心率、血压均无明显变化;两组治疗后左心室舒张功能超声指标优于治疗前,且曲美他嗪组优于对照组.结论 围绝经期女性左室舒张功能不全患者在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪,能够有效改善患者的左心室舒张功能,且无明显不良反应.

Influences of trimetazidine on diastolic insufficiency of left ventricle of perimenopausal women

Objective To evaluate the influences of trimetazidine on diastolic insufficiency of left ventricle of perimenopa- usal women. Methods 100 out-part patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of perimenopausal women were randomly divided into trimetazidine group and the control group. The clinical symptoms and signs were observed and the heart function, in- eluding E, A, and E/A was measured by echocardiography at the baseline and three months after treatment. Results Trimetazi- dine group had significant improvements in E, A, and E/A, signs and symptoms of heart failure, and quality of life compared with those in the control group （P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion Trimetazidine, with no obvious side effects, might improve heart function and quality of life in patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of perimenopausal women.
