22例副舟骨源性平足症手术治疗及疗效分析

目的 观察及评价副舟骨切除术加带线锚钉胫后肌腱重建治疗副舟源性平足症的临床疗效.方法 自2008年5月～2011年6月,16例（22足）副舟骨源性平足症患者,采用副舟骨切除术加带线锚钉胫后肌腱重建治疗;采用中足AOFAS评分评定手术疗效,根据术前术后X线片了解平足恢复情况,评估患者症状缓解程度及活动恢复情况.结果 所有患者获随访,平均随访时间9.6个月（时间3～24个月）,患者足部症状完全消失16足,症状大部分缓解6足.结论 副舟骨切除加带线锚钉胫后肌腱重建治疗副舟骨源性平足症,患者症状缓解明显,内侧纵弓有明显恢复,临床效果好.

The operative treatment and curative effect analysis of 22 cases of flatfoot related with accessory navicular

Objective To analyze the excision of accessory navicular with reconstruction of posterior tibial tendon inser- tion on navicular for the treatment of flatfoot related with accessory navicular and to evaluate itse ectiveness. Methods Between May 2008 and June 2011, 16 patients （22 feet） of flatfoot related with accessory navicular, received excision of accessory navicu- lar with reconstruction of posterior tibial tendon insertion on navicular. All patients were assessed before and after operation accord- ing to the hindfoot scores system （AOFAS） . Results The average follow up time of all the 16 patients were 9.6 months （ range, 3 to 24 months） . And the benefits were obviously in releasing the fatigue of foot and ankle, alleviating the pain. Conclusion The excision of accessory navicular with reconstruction of posterior tibial tendon insertion on navicular is a good choice for the treat- ment of atfoot related with accessory navicular, with correction of deformity, excellent e ectiveness, and less complications.
