天麻素注射液联合体外反搏治疗后循环缺血性眩晕

目的 探讨天麻素注射液联合体外反搏治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效.方法 将60例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组采用天麻素注射液联合体外反搏（EECP）,对照组仅采用天麻素注射液静滴.结果 治疗组眩晕改善有效率93.3%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 天麻素注射液联合体外反搏治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著,值得临床推广使用.

Tianma Injection combined with external counterpulsation therapy posterior circulation ischemia vertigo

Objective To investigate the Tianma Injection combined with external counterpulsation treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo clinical efficacy. Methods 60 patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo were randomly divid- ed into a treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients, the treatment group were treated with Tianma injection combined with external counterpulsation （EECP）, control group injected using only Gastrodin intravenous infusion. Results The treatment group vertigo improve efficiency 93.3% ,73.3% in the control group, the treatment group than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tianma injection Combined with External counterpulsation treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo effect is significant, worthy of clinical use.
