PDCA循环在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用与成效

目的 探讨PDCA循环在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用与成效.方法 运用PDCA循环进行仪器设备管理：根据手术室仪器设备管理现状,找出质量问题,分析原因,制定合理计划并实施;跟进检查,提高措施和计划落实的有效性;利用反馈结果及时合理调整处理,提出未解决的问题,转入下一个PDCA循环.统计并比较PDCA循环运用前和运用后手术室仪器设备完好率、仪器设备操作正确率以及手术医生满意率.结果 实施PDCA循环后手术室仪器设备完好率、仪器设备操作正确率以及手术医生满意率均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 运用PDCA循环管理,可有效提高手术室仪器设备的管理质量,为保证手术成功提供有利的条件.

Application and effect of PDCA cycle in the management of instruments and equipment in operation room

Objective To investigate the application and effect of the equipment management in operation room of PDCA cycle. Methods equipment management using PDCA cycle ： according to the present situation of equipment management in opera- tion room, find out the quality problems, analyze the causes, to make reasonable plan and implementation; follow up examination, improve the effectiveness of measures and implement plans ; using the feedback results Timely and reasonable adjustment, unsolved problems are presented, and put it into the next PDCA cycle. Statistical and intact rate, compared with PDCA before and after the use of recycling operation room equipment equipment operating accuracy and operation doctor satisfaction rate. Results The im- plementation of PDCA cycle after operation room equipment intact rate, equipment operation rate and operation doctor satisfaction rate were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of PDCA circular administration, can effectively improve the management quality of operation room equipment, in order to ensure the suc- cess of operation to provide favorable conditions.
