果糖二磷酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对心肌酶谱的影响

目的 探讨果糖二磷酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对血清心肌酶谱的影响.方法 选取80例符合标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组应用综合治疗,观察组加用果糖二磷酸钠,7天后观察血清心肌酶谱的变化及2周后临床疗效.结果 两组患者治疗前血清CK、CK-MB及CTnI水平相似,差异无统计学意义P＞0.05）;治疗7天后,两组患者血清CK、CK-MB及CTnI较治疗前均下降,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但观察组下降幅度更大（P＜0.05）.治疗两周后观察组患者总有效率92.5%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 果糖二磷酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎能显著改善心电图和心肌酶谱,临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical efficacy of fructose diphosphate Sodium in the treatment of viral myocarditis and the influence of myocardial zymogram

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Fructose Diphosphate Sodium on the treatment of viral myocardi- tis and the influence of myocardial zymogram. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group（40 eases） and control group （40 eases） o The control group was used with multimodality therapy, while the observation group added with Fructose Diphosphate Sodium. After 7 days myocardial zymogram was observed, and clinical efficacy was observed 2 weeks later. Results The level of CK,CK-MB and CTnI was similar before treatment in two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）, after 7 days all patients＇ CK,CK-MB and CTnI level decreased, there was significant difference（P 〈0.05）, but the observation group decreased more（P 〈0.05）. Af- ter 2 weeks＇ treatment the total effective rate in observation group（92. 5% ） was higher than that of control group（75.00% ） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Diphosphate Sodium on the treatment of viral myocarditis is worthy of clinical application, for it obviously improved electrocardiogram and myocardial zymogram, and with the advantage of curative efficacy and safety.
