经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石116例分析

目的 探讨经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）治疗上尿路结石患者的疗效及安全性.方法 对2011年2月～2012年12月在我院采用经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗的116例上尿路结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 116例患者均一期取石成功,结石清除率93.1%.平均手术时间89min,术中出血量平均约80ml,平均住院时间8.5d,没有发生严重并发症.结论 经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）治疗上尿路结石具有疗效高、损伤小、安全性佳、恢复快及住院时间短等优点,可作为主要的治疗方法,值得在临床推广使用.

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper urinary tract calculi Analysis of 116 cases

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of patients with urinary calculi. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 2011 February to 2012 De- cember in our hospital clinical data of ! 16 cases of upper unnary tract calculi in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy treat- ment. Results 116 cases were successful removal of the stones, .the stone clearance rate was 93.1%. The average operation time was 89 minutes, the amount of bleeding during an average of about 80mL, the average length of time 8. 5 days, no serious compli- cations. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi has high curative effect, less injury, high safety, rapid recovery and shorter hospitalization time etc, can be used as the main treatment method, it is worth in clinical use.
