完壁式乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的临床效果分析

目的分析研究完壁式乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年9月~2012年10月于本院采用完壁式乳突根治术进行治疗的30例（30耳）胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者为观察组,同期采用开放式乳突根治术进行治疗的30例（30耳）患者为对照组,然后将两组中不同分类者及所有患者的总有效率、干耳时间、复发率、并发症发生率、治疗前后的气导听阈、气骨导差进行统计及比较。结果观察组中不同分类者及所有患者的总有效率均高于对照组,干耳时间短于对照组,复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,术后的气导听阈、气骨导差也优于对照组,均P〈0.05,均有显著性差异。结论完壁式乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的临床效果较佳,患者的复发率也较低。

Analysis of the clinical effect of intact canal wall mastoidectomy in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media.

Objective To study the clinical effect of intact canal wall mastoidectomy in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media.Methods 30 patients（30 ears） with cholesteatoma otitis media who were treated with intact canal wall mastoidectomy in our hospital from September 2010 to October 2012 were selected as observation group,and 30 cases（30 ears） who were treated with open radical mastoidectomy at the same time were selected as control group,then the total effective rate with different types and total patients,ear dry time,recurrence rate,incidence of complications,air conduction hearing thresholds and air bone gap before and after the operation of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group with different types and total patients were all higher than those of control group,ear dry time was shorter than that of control group,recurrence rate and incidence of complications were lower than those of control group,air conduction hearing thresholds and air bone gap after the operation were better than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The clinical effect of intact canal wall mastoidectomy in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media is better,and the recurrence rate of patients is lower.
