降血压治疗对动脉血管功能的影响

目的 探讨高血压患者经降压治疗前后的动脉血管功能的比较.方法 对我院2007年～2010年期间门诊及住院的高血压病志愿者进行左旋氨氯地平为主药物降压治疗,在12个月的降压治疗过程中监测治疗前后的收缩压（systolic blood pressure,SBP）、舒张压（diastolic blood pressure,DBP）、脉压（pulse pressure,PP）和血管功能检测,主要项目包括心踝血管指数（cardio-ankle vascular Index,CAVI）,脉搏波传导速度（Pulse wave velocity,PWV）,踝臂指数（Ankle brachial index,ABI）.结果 根据年龄分为3组（〉65岁组,45-65岁组,〈45岁组）进行统计分析,结果发现经降压治疗后,血压明显下降（各年龄组P＜0.05）.且经过降压治疗后,动脉血管功能的检测指标中,各年龄组的PWV均有明显下降（P＜0.05）、各年龄组的ABI均有升高（P＜0.05）,〉45岁的两个观察组CAVI有明显下降（P＜0.05）,但〈45岁组CAVI下降不明显（P=0.078）.结论 动脉硬化与高血压有关,高血压患者经降压治疗后,动脉血管功能得到改善.

Evaluation of hypertension and vascular function

Objective To explore the vascular function of Hypertensive patients before and after the treatment compari- son. Methods The hypertensive volunteers from 2007 to 2010 years of inpatient and outpatient, who were given Levo-amlodipine as the antihypertensive therapy. In 12 months of antihypertensive treatment process, monitoring these index before and after treat- ment： the Systolic blood pressure （ SBP）, Diastolic blood pressure （ DBP）, Pulse pressure （PP） and vascular function test. The main project of vascular function including the Cardio - Ankle Vascular Index （CAVI）, Pulse wave velocity （PWV）, Ankle bra- chial Index （ABI）. Results We divided into three groups based on age （ greater than 65-year-old group, 45 ~ 65-year-old group, less than 45-year-old group） for statistical analysis, found that after antihypertensive treatment, blood pressure decreased significantly （all age groups, P 〈0. 05） , at the same time, after antihypertensive treatment, the detection of arterial vascular function indicators, PWV of each age group decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and ABI of each age group increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The two observation groups＇ （ more than 45 years old） CAVI significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there is no signifi- cant decline in 45-year-old group （ P = 0. 078 ）. Conclusion Hypertensive patients improved arterial function after antihyperten- sive treatment.
