SysmexXE-5000血细胞分析仪血涂片复查标准的制定及应用评价

目的 制定血细胞分析仪血涂片复检的标准并加以评价,建立适合本院临床的复审标准.方法 用SysmexXE-5000血细胞分析仪检测800份血液标本并均进行血涂片显微镜镜检,对检测结果进行统计分析.结果 对800份符合复检规则标本的检测数据进行统计分析,真阳性率为25.5%（204份）,假阳性率7%（56份）,真阴性率64.5%（516份）,假阴性率3%（24份）.复检率32.5%（240份）,假阴性率低于最大可接受限（5.0%）,均未漏检恶性血液病标本.结论 本复检标准敏感度高、特异性强,表明符合本复检标准的标本均需要严格按照操作规程进行显微镜镜检,以免造成漏诊、误诊现象,提高血液学分析质量.

SysmexXE-5000 evaluation on blood smear review criteria for hematology analyzer

Objective To establish and evaluate blood smear review criteria for hematology analyzer,and establish the re- view criteria suitable for our hospital. Methods Based on the results from automatic Hematology analyzer XE-5000, set up the cri- teria for blood cell microscopic examination, 800 blood specimen were detected and the results were analyzed. Results 800 sam- ples which coincidence blood smear review were analyzed, the ture positive rate was 25.5% （n = 204） , false positive rate was 7% （ n = 56）, ture negative rate was 64. 5% （ n = 516） ,false negative rate was 3% ,and the smear review rate 32. 5% （ n = 240）. The false negative rate was low the acceptable limit of 5% and no specimen of blood neoplasm was missed. Conclusion The slide re- view criteria had high sensitivity and specificity. All specimens which are corresponded with the remeasure criteria need to perform the microscopic examination according to the operational rule strictly . This could prevent from misseed and improper diagnosis.
