探讨个性化舒适护理对改善蛛网膜下隙出血患者康复期便秘的影响

目的 探讨舒适护理在蛛网膜下隙出血患者康复期对便秘的影响.方法 将科室2011年10月~2013年5月收治的52例蛛网膜下隙出血患者根据入院时间随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在常规护理措施的基础上增加舒适护理内容,比较两组患者康复期排便及舒适度、满意度情况.结果 对照组有效17例,无效9例,有效率 65.3 %,实验组有效24例,无效2例,有效率 92.3 %,实验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 个性化舒适护理在脑出血患者的康复期能有效减少便秘的发生,防止再出血,增加患者康复的舒适度,减少并发症的发生.

To explore the effect of improving constipation in convalescence of the patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage for usingpersonalized comfortable nursing

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care in subarachnoid hemorrhage patients in rehabilitation peri- od for constipation. Meheods 52 cases of subacachnoid hemorrhage patients admitted to the hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 were divided into the control group and the experimental group stochastically. Conventional nursing care was used in the con- trol group, and comfort nursing was used in the experimental group in the basis of using routine nursing measures. Defecation, comfort and satisfaction were compared. Results In the control group 17 cases were effective, 9 cases ineffective, and efficiency was 65.3%. In the experimental group 24 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, and efficiency was 92. 3%. It was found that the experimental group had higher efficiency than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sions Using personalized comfortable nursing care in the rehabilitation of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage sould be effectively reduce the occurrence rate of constipation, prevent rebleeding, increase comfort, and reduce the occurrence rate of complication in convalescence.
