| 摘 要： | 目的观察COPD患者BNP与肺动脉高压的相关性。方法选取符合COPD诊断标准的患者49例．根据PASP分为对照组（〈30mmHg）16例、轻度肺动脉高压组（30～40mmHg）5例，中度组（40～70mmHg）18例、重度组（〉70mmHg）10例。测定各组BNP值。结果BNP值：重度组〉中度组〉轻度组〉对照组，P〈0．05。结论在COPD患者中，BNP与肺动脉高压呈正相关，BNP可评价COPD肺动脉高压的严重程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of BNP and PAH in COPD patients. Methods According to the re- sult of PASP, 49 patients were divided into 3 groups ： the control group （ 〈 30mmHg）, 16 cases ; mild group（ 30 - 40mmHg） ,5 ca- ses ; moderate group（40 - 70mmHg）, 18 cases ; serious group（ 〉 70mmHg）, 10 cases. BNP values of each group were determina- ted. Results BNP values of serious group 〉 moderate group 〉 mild group 〉 the control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion BNP had a positive correlation with PAH in COPD patients, BNP could be used as the severity evaluating indicator of PAH in COPD pa- tients. |
