探讨孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘气道高反应性的影响

摘    要:目的探讨孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异性哮喘的气道高反应性的影响。方法将2009年4月~2010年5月收治的57例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组27例。两组均予以抗感染、祛痰、吸氧等常规治疗,治疗组加用孟鲁司特咀嚼片,总疗程半个月,并测定两组患者治疗前后的气道高反应性。结果治疗组支气管激发试验阳性为15例;对照组支气管激发试验阳性为26例;治疗组PC35sGaw浓度随着治疗时间的延长而逐渐增加,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05,对照组治疗后PC35sGaw浓度与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论孟鲁司特能降低咳嗽变异性哮喘的气道高反应性,而且使用方便,值得临床推广。

Investigate the affect of airway hyperresponsiveness of montelukast on cough variant asthma.

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of the effect of montelukast on cough variant asthma,airway hyperresponsiveness.Methods April 2009 to May 2010 were 57 cases of patients with cough variant asthma,30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 27 cases.Both groups to be anti-inflammatory,expectorant,oxygen and other conventional therapy,the treatment group were treated with montelukast chewable tablets,half of the total course of treatment,and determination of airway hyperresponsiveness in two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The treatment of bronchial provocation test was positive for 15 cases;control group,bronchial provocation test was positive for 26 cases;treatment group PC 35 sGaw concentration gradually increased with the extension of treatment time,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05),controlgroup after treatment PC 35 sGaw concentration before treatment was no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion Montelukast can reduce cough variant asthma,airway hyperresponsiveness,and easy to use,and worthy of promotion.
