白介素-18在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者外周血中的表达

目的 研究白介素-18在慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）外周血中的表达,探讨其在COPD发病机制中的作用.方法 利用社区居民健康体检和COPD筛查,搜集COPD患者75例、健康非吸烟者63例和吸烟者68例,行肺功能测定后抽取外周静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）方法测定外周血血清中的IL-18、IFN-SymbolgA@和超敏C-反应蛋白（HsCRP）.结果 COPD稳定期患者IL-18、IFN-SymbolgA@和HsCRP的水平均显著高于吸烟和非吸烟健康对照组（P〈0.01）.在COPD稳定期患者,IL-18与FEV1预计值百分比呈现一定的负相关性,但是HsCRP却未呈现相关性.结论 IL-18在COPD患者的外周血中处于较高的水平,提示其在COPD发病中具有重要的作用.

Elevated expression of interleukin-18 in the peripheral blood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the level of IL-18 in peripheral blood of patients with COPD. Methods 75 patients with stable stage COPD, 63 non-smokers and 68 current smokers were recruited in the research program. Blood samples were taken to measure IL-18, interferon-y, IL-8 and HsCRP by ELISA. Results Compared with health subjects control, the level of IL-8 and HsCRP in COPD group increased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Negative correlation was observed only between IL-18 and FEV1 predicted percentage （ FEVI pred % ） in COPD patients, neither for IL-8 and HsCRP. Conclusion Elevated level of IL-18 indicated it probably played an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD.
