宫腹腔镜联合诊治年轻妇女原发不孕症50例临床分析

目的 观察宫腹腔镜联合诊治年轻妇女原发不孕症50例临床分析.方法 回顾性分析2009年8月~2011年1月宫腹腔镜联合诊治年轻妇女原发不孕症50例临床资料.结果 50例原发不孕症中35例（70%）为输卵管阻塞性不孕,13例（26%）为盆腔粘连,2例（4%）为宫内膜息肉.宫腹腔镜联合术后输卵管复通率为65.7%,随访6~12个月受孕率为38%.结论 年轻妇女原发不孕以输卵管阻塞性不孕为主,宫腹腔镜联合治疗效果显著,宫腹腔镜联合是治疗年轻妇女原发不孕的有效方法.

Palace of diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopy combined with young women and 50 cases of primary infertility clinical analysis.

Objective Observation of palace of diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopy combined with young women and 50 cases of primary infertility in clinical analysis. Methods In August 2009 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed moon palace conclusion young women 50 cases of primary infertility of diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopy combined with clinical da- ta. Results 50 cases of primary infertility in 35 cases （70%） as the fallopian tube obstructive infertility, 13 cases （26%） for pelvic adhesion, 2 cases （4%） for intrauterine membrane polyp. Palace laparoscopy combined with postoperative tubal visited at a rate of 65.7%, followed up for 6 to 12 months of pregnancy is 38%. Conclusion Young women primary infertility is given pri- ority to with fallopian tube obstructive infertility, palace, laparoscopic combined treatment effect is remarkable, palace of laparo- scopic joint is an effective method of primary infertility treatment for young women.
