严重蜂蜇伤18例临床诊治分析

目的 探讨严重蜂蛰伤的临床诊治方案与疗效.方法 选取2009年4月~2011年10月于本院就诊的18例严重蜂蜇伤患者为研究对象.采取局部处理、全身用药及血液净化等治疗措施,观察临床特征及疗效差异.结果 18例患者中15例治愈出院,住院时间8～27d,3例因多器官功能衰竭死亡.结论 对于严重蜂蜇伤患者,除了早期局部处理外,还应重点进行全身综合治疗.早期应用血液净化治疗是改善预后的重要措施.

The analysis of clinical efficacy for therapeutic schedules in the treatment of severe Bee sting of 18 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of therapeutic schedules in the treatment of severe Bee sting. Methods 18 patients with severe Bee sting from April 2009 to October 2011 in the hospital were chosen as research objects. The therapeutic ways included local treatment, systemic administration, blood purification and so on. The clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects were studied and observed. Results 15 patients were recovered, and the lengths of hospitalization were from 8 days to 27 days. 3 patients were died of multiple organ dysfunction. Conclusion Early use of blood purification sould be an use- ful measurement to improve the prognosis.
