| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血尿酸代谢与代谢综合征（MS）及其组分的关系。方法272例2型糖尿病患者，按性别和女性绝经与否分组，组内分为MS亚组和非MS亚组，对血尿酸进行相关分析和回归分析。结果①MS组血尿酸高于非MS组；②血尿酸与腰围、甘油三酯（TG）、收缩压、舒张压正相关，与血糖、高密度脂蛋白负相关；③腰围和TG是血尿酸独立相关因素。结论2型糖尿病患者血尿酸升高与MS有关，腰围和TG是血尿酸升高的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To inverstigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome(MS) and serum uric acid (UA) in type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods 272 T2DM Patients are divided into 3 groups; male,postmenopausal female, premenopausal female, each group is divided into to MS and non-MS subgroups. Results ①UA is higher in MS subgroup than non-MS subgroup. ②UA is positively correlated with waist, TG, SBP and BP, whereas negatively correlated factors for hypericemia in T2DM patients. Conclusion UA in T2DM is correlated with MS. Waist and TG are the risk factors. |
