颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的影像诊断

目的 分析颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的CT、X线表现,提高其诊断准确性.方法 回顾性分析23例经手术病理证实的颅骨、颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤的临床及影像表现,19例行CT检查,7例行X线检查.结果 23例骨化性纤维瘤的主要影像表现为:(1)硬化型8例;(2)囊性2例;(3)混合型13例.CT检查正确诊断17例,误诊2例,X线检查正确诊断1例,误诊6例.结论 CT检查在颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及指导临床治疗中有重要作用.

Imaging Diagnosis of Craniofacial Ossifying Fibroma

Objective To analyze the CT and plain X-ray film appearances of craniofacial ossifying fibroma in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of it. Methods The imaging features in 23 cases with craniofacial ossifying fibroma confirmed by pathology and surgery were retrospectively analyzed.CT was performed in 19 cases,X-ray was performed in 7 cases. Results The imaging features were as follows: (1) sclerotic type in 8; (2) cystic type in 2; (3) mixed type in 13.19 cases diagnosed by CT, 2 were misdi-agnosed, while of 7cases studied with plain X-ray film,6 were misdiagnosed. Conclusion CT scan is of important value in craniofacial ossifying fibroma.
