226例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：分析我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点与规律,促进临床合理用药.方法：对我院近几年上报国家ADR监测网的226例报告,从临床科室、患者性别与年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面,进行回顾性统计与分析.结果：我院ADR报告中50岁以上患者较多,有138例（占61.06％）,其中女性（182例,占80.53％）多于男性（44例,占19.47％）;静脉给药途径更易导致ADR（198例,占87.61％）;ADR涉及药品种类以抗感染药物所占比例最高（145例,占64.16％）,其中以β-内酰胺类为主（91例,占62.76％）;临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害（112例,占39.02％）;在关联性评价方面以很可能为主,有188例（占83.19％）;严重ADR有2例（占0.88％）,一般ADR有224例（占99.12％）;经治疗或停药后患者均治愈或好转.结论：我院应加强ADR监测,提高ADR报告填报质量,规范抗菌药物合理应用,确保临床用药安全有效.

ADR Reports Analysis of 226 Cases in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reaction （ADR） occurred in our hospital to promote rational drug use.METHODS：226 ADR cases collected from past few years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and statistically in respect of distribution of departments,gender,age,route of administration,drug types,organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations,etc.RESULTS：In the total ADR cases,the patients over the age of 50 years were 138 cases （61.06%）,with females higher proportion of 182 cases （80.53%） than males of 44 cases（19.47%） ; 198 ADR cases （87.61%） were easily induced by intravenous administriation; 145 ADR cases （64.16%） were induced by anti-infective drugs mainly to β-lactamase （91 cases,62.76%）.112 cases （39.02%） of the clinical manifestation were lesion of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSIONS：ADR monitoring should be strengthened,the rational use of antibiotics should be standardized to ensure that the use of drugs be safe and effective in clinic.
