| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应对方式在癌症患者心理康复中的意义,以利于制定更加合理的心理干预计划。方法 应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)对52例癌症患者进行评定和相关分析。结果 癌症患者的焦虑情绪明显高于国内常模;相关分析显示,焦虑与面对、回避负相关,与屈服未见相关。结论 不同的应对方式对癌症患者的焦虑情绪有不同的影响,合理应用有利于减轻心理障碍,提高生活质量和心理康复。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to work out rational psychological intervention measures, we investigated the effects of coping modes on psychological rehabilitation of cancer patients. Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) were applied to 52 cancer patients to assess and analyze related factors. Results Anxiety of cancer patients were obviously stronger than the national norm. Related factors analysis suggested anxiety was negatively correlated with confrontation, avoidance, and wasn't correlated with resignation. Conclusion Different coping modes had different impact on anxiety of cancer patients, choosing rational coping modes can relieve psychological disorder, and improve the quality of life and psychological rehabilitation. |
