| 摘 要： | 目的:观察双柏散外敷治疗乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床效果。方法:对42例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者按随机表法随机分为两组。对照组20例,常规治疗:抬高患肢、肢体锻炼、向心性按摩等;治疗组22例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用双柏散外敷。结果:治疗后患者主观症状明显改善,上肢淋巴水肿均有消退,治疗组消退更为明显,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上联合中药双柏散外敷缩短水肿消退时间,缩短康复时间,表明对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿有明显的疗效。中药双柏散外敷治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿疗效确定,方法简单易行。
