创伤性浮膝45例的疗效分析

目的:总结45例创伤性浮膝治疗的经验,探讨创伤性浮膝的有效治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院自1998年6月～2005年4月共收治45例浮膝损伤患者的治疗及预后情况。治疗方法分为交锁髓内钉,钢板内固定。将两组的疗效、预后进行分析。结果:经过0·5～6年的随访(平均2.7年),采取交锁髓内钉内固定治疗者优良率为92%,非交锁髓内钉内固定组,优良率为75%。统计分析表明两种治疗方法其疗效、预后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:创伤性浮膝是一种重度不稳定损伤,在治疗中采取交锁髓内钉内固定并结合CPM,是一种较为有效的方法。但是总体疗效有待进一步观察。

Clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of traumatic floating knee in 45 cases

Objective:To sum up the experiences of treating traumatic floating knee injury in 45 cases for exploring the therapeutic methods.Methods:With retrospective investigation of the treatment and recovery in 45cases with traumatic floating knee injury from June 1998 to April 2005 in our hospital,the patients were divided into locked intramedullary nail group or non-locked intramedullary nail group to different treatment,and complications,concrescence of fracture and function of the knee were analyzed as well.Results:The follow-up,ranging from 0.5 to 6 years with an average of 2.7 years,suggested that 92% of the cases treated by locked intramedullary nail achieved excellent recovery and that was superior to the non-locked intramedullary nail group(75%).Conclusion:The fracture of floating knee is a kind of severe unstable injury and it must be an effective method to treat it with locked intramedullary nail and CPM.
