| 摘 要： | 目的 分析输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法、并发症的防治以及临床疗效。方法 1997年8月至2003年10月，采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石380例的临床资料。结果 一次性碎石成功率85％(324／380)。并发症3．16％(12／380)，其中输尿管穿孔8例，泌尿系感染4例。结论 输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术是治疗输尿管中下段结石的重要手段。输尿管导管引导下直接进镜法，术后留置双J管，可提高成功率，降低并发症。

<td align="left" height="25" valign="top" nowrap><b>Abstract:</b></td><td width="92%" align="left" valign="top"><abstract>jective To study the method of a barometric trajectory broken calculus treatment for ureteric calculus using the ureter mirror, the prevention against complications and the clinical effect. Methods The clinical materials of 380 cases with ureteric calculus under a barometric trajectory broken calculus treatment using the ureter mirror from August, 1997 to October,2003. Results The oneoff rate of success is 85%(324/380). The incidence of complications 3. 16%(12/380), among them 8 case of ureterical punch and 4 cases of urinary infection. Conclusion This treatment is important to cure the lower calculus. Under the guidence of the ureter tube, taking a direct mirrorentered measuer and leaving double J-tubes after the treatment can increase the rate of success and decrease complications.</td>
