100例老年股骨颈囊内骨折治疗选择的探讨

目的通过修正的Garden分类方法来选择、指导临床治疗,以提高治愈率。方法对1995年至1998瑞金医院伤科100例老年股骨颈囊内骨折病例,进行回顾性研究。结果本组病例采用修正的Garden分类方法．因选择不同类型且切合实际的治疗，使治愈率达85％以上；后期随访无菌坏死率在15％以下。患大部分获得受伤前基本生活水平。结论首先依据修正的Garden分类方法，选择不同的治疗方法，同时考虑患的全身情况、年龄、社会和家庭生活综合要素等，是选择治疗老年股骨颈囊内骨折的有效方法。

PROBE INTO CHOICE OF TREATMENT FOR 100 CASES OF SENILE PATIENTS WITH INTRACAPSULAR FRACTURE IN NECK OF FEMUR

Objective By revised Garden classification to select and direct clinical treatmen t for improving cure rate.Methods Retrospective study was conducted f or 100cases of elderlys with neck of f emur intracapsular fracture in Trau ma-tology Department of Ruijin Hospita l from 1995to 1998.Results Revised Garden classify methods were used,because of different types and suitable treatm ent were selected,cure rate was more than 85%,rate of septic necroses was less than 15%in later follow up,most of the patients were lived with basic standard just l ike before suffered from the wound.Conclusions Based on revised Garden classified methods to choose different kinds of t reatment and to consider patient ' s individual condi-tion,age,comprehensive factors of social and family life etc will be the effective method to choose treatmen t for elderlys with intracapsular fracture in neck of fe mur.
