| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用高频超声对乳头溢液性病变的诊断价值。方法对92例乳头溢液患者术前应用高频超声进行乳腺检查，检查结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果92例中最多见的是导管内乳头状瘤(69．57％)，其次为乳腺囊性增生病(26．74％)、乳腺导管扩张症(5．43％)、导管内乳头状癌(3．26％)。高频超声对乳头溢液性病变的诊断准确率、敏感性和特异性分别为73．00％，66．70％，87．24％。结论高频超声检查可作为乳头溢液性病变的首选方法，为临床制定合理的治疗方案能够提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nipple discharge diseases. Methods Ninety-two cases with nipple discharge were examined preoperatively with real-time high-frequency ultrasound. The ultrasound findings were compared with those of surgery and pathology. Results The main cause of nipple discharge was intracanalicular papiloma (69.57 %), the others were cystic hyperplasia of breast (26.74 %), mammary ductectasia (5.43 %) and intracanalicular papillocarcinoma(3.26 %).The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of nipple discharge were 73 %,66.7 %and 87.2 %, respectively. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can be considered as the method of first choice in the diagnosis of nipple discharge diseases. It can provide the major informations for surgeons to select a proper treatment. |
