摘    要:通过微核试验和小鼠肝组织中谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的测定,在哺乳动物整体水平,从遗传学和生化毒理学角度进上步研究了原花青素(PV2000)的抗诱变作用及其。结果发现,原花青素对环磷酰胺(CPA)诱发的小鼠骨髓多染红细胞(PCEs)微核细胞率有较强抑制作用,并能提高肝脏GST活性,升高GSH含量。说明原花青素对化学诱变剂引起的染色体断裂有一定保护作用。其作用机

Abstract:The antimutagenic effect of procyanidins(PV 2000) on cyclophosphamide(CPA) inducing micronucleus of PCEs in mice bone marrow and the effect on glutathione S transferase (GST) activity,glutathione (GSH) level in the liver of mice were investigated. The result showed that the CPA induced micronucleus rate were inhibited from 18.06% to 48.69%. The GST activity and GSH level increased obviously. The experiments suggest that procyanidins have the effect of inhibiting mutagenesis and is probably related to improving the detoxifying function of the liver.
