介入性超声治疗甲状腺囊性病变的临床应用

目的观察介入超声治疗甲状腺囊性病变的临床效果，探讨甲状腺囊性病变治疗的新方法。方法采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，探头为7．5—10MHz，硬化剂为无水酒精，注入硬化剂为抽出囊液的1／2左右，保留5分。结果46例患者均一次进针成功，成功率100％，未见有明显并发症出现，随诊复检3个月、6个月、一年。目前未见有复发的．时问最长的7年，最短为2个月。结论甲状腺囊肿及甲状腺腺瘤出血比较常见，而且介入性超声无痛、微创、安全、高效、廉价、美观等优点易被患者接受．所以甲状腺囊性病变应首选介入性超声治疗。

Clinical application of interventional ultrasound treat cystic thyroid disease

Objective The clinical effect of interventional ultrasound treat cystic thyroid disease,discuss new method of treatment on cystic thyroid.Methods Apply color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis machine,7.5-10MHz probe frequency,and use absolute alcohol as hardener,inject hardener with half of the cyst liquid,keep it in five minutes.Results All of the 46 cases of patients were succeed insert by the needle for the first time,the rate of success up to 100%,and no obvious complication,follow up recheck the patient for 3 months、6months and 1 year.There was no recur until now,the longest period was 7 years and 2 months of the shortest.Conclusion Hemorrhage of Thyroid cyst and thyroid adenoma is common,and interventional ultrasound has the merits such as no pain,minimally invasive,safety,efficiency,Cheap,aesthetic and so on,so it should be the first choice on cure cystic thyroid.
