| 摘 要： | 目的：观察瘤腔灌注抗ＣＤ３活化杀伤细胞（ａＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞）治疗脑胶质瘤的作用。方法：观察组１６例肿瘤切除术后经预埋置于瘤腔的储液囊（ＯＭＭＡＹＡ）灌注ａＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞进行免疫治疗，同期与未用ａＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞治疗的对照组１６例作对照，测定治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞转化率（ＬＴＴ）及追踪观察肿瘤复发情况。结果：观察组ＬＴＴ在近、远期增高程度和抑制肿瘤复发均较对照组优（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：经瘤腔灌注ａＣＤ

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the antitumor effect of aCD 3 AK injection in tumor cavity on human glioma Methods:To inject aCD 3 AK in tumor cavity through OMMAYA,then measure the recent and long term LTT,and observe the rate of tumors recurrence Results:The recent and long term LTT in study group was higher than that in control group obviously,but the rates of tumors recurrence were opposite Conclusion:To use aCD 3 AK locally on human glioma for treatment can improve patients,immune function and decrease the rate of tumor recurrence The method produces a good effect and is a safe approach to human glioma immunotherapy |
