神经外科院内感染的护理对策分析

目的探讨神经外科患者院内感染的护理对策。方法研究对象为2011年5月至2012年7月我院神经外科患者526例,随机分为两组,对照组210例,给予常规护理,干预组316例,在常规护理基础上实施有针对性的护理干预措施,观察并比较两组医院感染的发生情况及护理满意度。结果对照组院内感染率为11.9%（25/210）,干预组院内感染率为5.1%（16/316）,两组院内感染率比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=8.216,P〈0.05）。对照组患者护理满意率为56.2%,干预组护理满意率为82.0%,两组患者护理满意率比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=41.271,P〈0.05）。结论实施有效的护理措施,可预防神经外科院内感染的发生,提高患者生活质量,改善预后。

The nursing countermeasure analysis of the neurosurgery nosocomial infection

Objective Discussing the nursing countermeasure of neurosurgery patients nosocomial in- fection. Methods The research object is our neurosurgery patients from May 2011 to July 2012, a total of 526 eases, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group 210 eases, given muted nursing, intervention group 316 cases, implemented targeted nursing intervention measures based on the conventional nursing eare, observe and compare two sets of hospital infection situation and nursing satisfaction. Results The rate of nosoeomial infecltion of control group was 11.9% （25/210）, the rate of nosocomial in- fecltion of treatment group was 5. 1% （16/3i6）, the comparative differenees of two groups of nosoeomial infec- tion rates were deemed statistically significant （X2 = 8. 216 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. The control group patients nursing satis- faction rate is 56. 2%, the intervention group nursing satisfaction rate is 82.0%, The comparative differenees of two groups of the two groups of patients nursing satisfaction rate was deemed statistically significant （X2 = 41. 271 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementing the effective nursing measures can prevent neurosurgery noso- comial infection, improve patient life quality and improve prognosis.
