摘    要:以N-ras癌基因突变作为急性髓细胞白血病的分子标志,用PCR技术研究该病的微量残留白血病细胞。12例缓解期患者中检测到4例有N-ras癌基因突变,对10列患者作动态观察发现2例突变一直存在,2例在病程中发生突变。因此,N-ras癌基因突变可用于检测MRLC。

Abstract:he mutation of N-ras oncogene was using as a molecular marker of acute myeloidleukemia and then the minimal residual leukemia cells(MRLC)was studied by PCR.The re-sults were:4 of 12 patients during remissive period had been found mutations;when 10 caseswere observed during whole sick period two of them had been detected mutationscontinuously the ther two patients had been found mutations occured in sick period As a re-sults the mutations of N-ras can be used to detected the MRLC
