| 摘 要： | 我国医院管理者对病案信息管理专业较普遍地缺乏足够的了解。对病案管理专业人员进行必要的病案管理专业继续教育认识不足、培训机会少、缺乏规范和系统的教材是开展继续教育存在的三大问题;高度重视病案管理专业教育,推进教育培训渠道多样化,实行教材规范化和系统化是促进病案管理专业继续教育的关键。
