| 摘 要： | 目的了解疗养员疾病构成及其变化趋势,以提高疗养效果,满足各类疗养员的保健需求。方法回顾性分析2005年至2009年住院疗养员的疾病构成情况。结果疗养员前十位疾病占总住院病人的95.41%,前十位疾病依次是：健康查体、高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、前列腺增生、慢性胃炎、高脂血症、颈椎病、慢性支气管炎、腰椎间盘突出。结论根据疗养对象的疾病特点,采用最佳疗养方法,合理使用现有疗养资源,不断提高疗养保健效果。
