长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋38例临床疗效分析

目的探讨长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选择在我院就诊的突发性耳聋患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予银杏叶制剂静脉滴注,观察组给予长春西汀静脉滴注,所有患者均治疗14d,治疗结束后观察治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组听力改善总有效率为86.84%,显著高于对照组的65.79%（P〈0.05）;观察组耳鸣好转总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的65.79%（P〈0.01）。结论长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋效果好,可作为治疗突发性耳聋的药物推广应用。

Analysis on the effectiveness of vinpocetine in treating sudden deafness

Objective To study the clinical effect of vinpocetine in treating sudden deafness.Methods Seventy-six cases of sudden deafness were randomly selected and divided into two groups.One group received intravenous drop of ginkgo foliage agent(control group) and the other did intravenous drop of vinpocetine(observation group).The therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were evaluated after 14th duration of treatment.Results The total effective rate of hearing improvement in sudden deafness was higher(86.84%) in observation group compared with control group(65.79%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment of tinnitus was 92.11% in observation group and was higher than that of control group(65.79%)(P<0.01).Conclusion This study reveals a good effectiveness of vinpocetine in the treatment of sudden deafness;its wide use should be clinically recommended.
