不同麻醉方式对老年患者术后认知功能的影响

目的探讨硬膜外麻醉和全身麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能的影响。方法选取非心脏手术老年患者126例,按照随机数字表法分为硬膜外麻醉组（硬膜外组）和全身麻醉组（全麻组）。结果两组术后第1天、第7天认知功能障碍发生率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;硬膜外组手术后第1天及第7天的MMSE评分明显高于全麻组（P〈0.05）。结论硬膜外麻醉和全身麻醉均与老年患者手术后认知功能障碍的发生有关;全身麻醉对认知功能的影响比较大。

Influence of anesthitic technigues on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients

Objective To explore influence of anesthetic techniques on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.Methods One hundred and twenty-six elderly patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery were randomized into two groups.One group was treated with epidural anesthesia(epidural group)and the other with general anesthesia(general group).Results The rates of cognitive dysfunction in the two groups were remarkably differed on the first day and seventh day postoperatively(P<0.05);MMSE scores on the first day and the seventh day in epidural group were much higher compared with general group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both of epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia associate with postoperative cognitive dysfunction,but general anesthesia technique has a powerful influence on cognitive function rather than epidural anesthesia.
